Times have been tough in Western North Carolina. Hurricane Helene has left an indelible mark on our community, and like many of you, we’re still processing the profound impact it has had on WNC. Amid the devastation, however, we find inspiration in the resilience and unity of our people. Our community’s strength gives us hope as we all look toward recovery together.
Prior to Helene, we had been eagerly preparing to share some news with you—a milestone that represents both the growth of our firm and our commitment to this community we proudly serve. Today, I’m honored to announce that Carla & Company is rebranding to Likewise Commercial Real Estate.
This change is more than just a new look and name. When I started this firm, my mission was simple: to serve clients with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to excellence. Since then, we’ve grown into a multi-talented team, building strong, lasting relationships along the way. “Likewise” reflects our collaborative spirit and the shared values that guide us, as well as our commitment to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients—working together to achieve their goals in an ever-evolving market.
Perhaps now more than ever, “likewise” is a maxim which reflects our team’s hearts and minds, and the community to which we belong, and serve. We know you’re passionate about the rebuild and unwavering strength of WNC. Likewise.
Rest assured, while our name and look may be new, our dedication to serving you remains unchanged. I will continue to lead as Broker-In-Charge, and our team is as committed as ever to delivering the highest standards of service and expertise you’ve come to expect.
We’ll be launching the new brand publicly on Friday, November 1st, but I wanted you to hear it from me personally first. This journey would not have been possible without the trust and support of our clients, partners, and the community. It’s a privilege to grow alongside you, and I look forward to many more years of collaboration and success as we rebuild and move forward together.
